the trth will set YOU FREE
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read this introduction. My name is Bri W. and I reside in Southern California. I have ambitions to be of service to the planet in whatever way God calls me to do. Right now, I believe it’s to share my story. I hope we can facilitate healing conversation around mental illness, the stigma that comes along with it, and the healing measures following the diagnosis. I have been working on my mental health since 2015 and had a diagnosis of bipolar type I in 2019.

As someone who struggles with my mind and polarized thinking (I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder), she has plenty of advice on how to shed the egoic delusionContinue reading “9 Reasons I believe it when Gabby Bernstein says “The Universe has your back””
I believe there are no limits on the amount of fears your psyche can produce. Absolutely none. I have found that I can be perfectly safe, in a perfectly happy family, with no foreseeable fears in future, and yet, I still carry a laundry list of fears. Fear has been a running theme for meContinue reading “Self-imposed fears”
